KenMar Investments, LLC is run by husband and wife team, Ken and Mary (KenMar ... clever, huh? LOL) Rhodes. Mary is a native Houstonian and now resides with her husband just outside of Houston in Waller, TX. Ken is a native of Chicago but he got here as fast as he could in 1979. We are part of a national network of Investors and Realtor’s that specialize in buying properties FAST using advanced, non-traditional, real estate techniques that are squarely focused on the client. Since the beginning, the focus has been on helping people by providing a fast sale of a home. This opens up a lot of options for people that have felt stuck and unsure of what to do or who to turn to.
